ABOUT Pianist/Composer P.Wasy/The Mayfair Arrangements
Since 2017, I've been composing Contemporary Classical Piano Instrumentals, under the Profile name The Mayfair Arrangements here in Toronto Canada. My first releases were actually collabs in the Lofi genre under the name P.Wasy, and Electro Collabs under the name 'Patreezia'. Alot of names! In 2025, my main focus is on Neo Classical Compositions so I'll be The Mayfair Arrangements in most cases!
October 2, 2024 in particular, was a very exciting day for me in my Music career so far. This was when I officially found out, that my Composition 'Winter Glow' was on the 1st Round Ballot for the 67th Annual Grammy Awards (2025). The 'Long list' if you will! The Category: Best Contemporary Classical Composition. I am so grateful and will cherish this experience forever! This song was Produced by Multi Grammy Candidate Dean Capone of 3kstatic.

Of course this has inspired me to keep moving forward and so I am in the midst of releasing a 9-track Album called 'Me, You And The View'! Links are coming up below. All the tracks on the album, Produced by Dean Capone of 3kStatic. I am releasing in 'Waterfall Format', this means a new track every 6 weeks through to July 2025. All the tracks will appear as a unit once the last track of the Album releases. Distribution by Identity Music.
I actually started my Music career 20+ years ago, as a Piano Teacher, specializing in the Elementary Grades of the RCM Curriculum.
While teaching, I was also bitten by the Radio bug, and worked as a Radio Announcer for Commercial Radio, including KISS FM Vancouver, and the OCEAN FM 98.5 in Victoria, B.C. (Patti Williams...yeah I know another name!) As a Voice Over Announcer for TV, it was a privilege to work for over 20 years as the Female Promo Voice for Discovery Channel Canada 'Shark Week...they're baaack and they're still Hungry' I'll never forget that script!! Grrrreat fun at Discovery Channel, love you guys!
I am a Member of CARAS the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, voting so far in 2 Seasons of the JUNO Awards. The Canadian Music scene is so inspiring, we have some genuine greatness out here from 'sea to sea'!

Love Locked (Solo)and Love Locked (Duet) released on Valentine's Day 2025, these are Tracks #4 and #5 off the Me, You And The View Album. The difference between the two, is that there's a second melody in the Duet Version, that puts a bit of a spin on the feel of the song, The Solo version feels like unrequited or distant love, while the Duet Version picks up the pace midway, and has more of an upbeat, heartwarming vibe.

'demitasse' is Track #3 off the Me, You And The View Album. My muse for this piece was my love for Espresso coffee and the demitasse cup that I use while in the Studio. Seems there were quite a few cups of espresso consumed while 'demitasse' was being composed, as it has some 'kick' moving at a faster pace than any of my other tracks! During the time of composing this music, there were an inordinate amount of friends and family, suddenly dealing with the realities of Cancer. I felt compelled to do something in this Cancer fight, and chose to support the Cancer Researchers, because without them, we will never find a cure.
The tracks from this album, are also on my Bandcamp Profile as they release, with all proceeds going to these two Cancer Research Programs in particular. The Cancer Research Society (Canada) and WorldWide Cancer Research (UK/Global).

In January 2025, Los Angeles experienced devastating wildfires affecting so many, including Friends/Colleagues in the Music Industry. Sending prayers for continued strength and hope Los Angeles. All proceeds from the sale of the 'Winter Glow' hoodie, support the American Red Cross L.A. Wildfire Disaster Relief.
