BIO P.Wasy/The Mayfair Arrangements
Patricia hails from Winnipeg Manitoba, and now lives with her husband of 23 years, in Toronto Canada. Patricia and the Piano have been as one, from a very early age. She was Classically trained through the Royal Conservatory of Music Curriculum, through grade school and high school, and began her Piano Music career as a Piano Teacher.
A chance high school field trip to a Radio Station, took her on an adjacent career path that was completely unexpected. She fell in love with Radio Announcing and embarked on a 20 year career as an Interviewer, Mid-Day Announcer and Voice/Over Actor. She worked at Commercial Radio Stations The Ocean FM 98.5 in Victoria, KISS-FM in Vancouver BC Canada, and was the Promo Voice for National Television Station Discovery Channel Canada for over 20 years.
All the while....the Piano was still a fixture. Compositions were always in the works, and teaching continued. It was the advent of Home Recording software that opened up a whole new world for her in 2017. Now she was able to Compose and Record music in her own home studio, for Streaming Platforms.
Her first Streaming Tracks were Collaborations specifically in the Lofi and Electro Chill genres under the name P.Wasy.
Her Contemporary Classical pieces followed fast and furious under the name 'The Mayfair Arrangements'. She has distributed Independently, as well as through Labels including Yellow Rose Records/Audiowell, The Sunday Label and Warner Music Distributing.
Patricia's Music whether for collaboration or Solo Work, has a common theme, her compositions are delicate, gentle, and peaceful. She strives to evoke a sense of calm and ultimately a feeling of hope in her music.
Her releases have reached many through Editorial Playlists (Lofi collabs Delicate & Cloud 9). As well, she has Compositions currently on two Pandora Editorial Radio stations "Piano" and "CALM" (Songs: Winter Glow and Petals).
Her Solo Composition 'Winter Glow', has just been through 1st Round Voting for this year's Grammy Awards (2025) in the Contemporary Classical Composition Category. An immense honor. Thank you to 3kStatic for Producing this piece.

Some terrific news arrived on 03.20.25, Patricia from TO, was thrilled to be awarded two Bronze Medals at the Prestigious Global Music Awards. Go Canada Go! Both medals for Compositions from the Me, You, And The View Album: demitasse and Love Locked Duet.

She is humbled and thrilled as well, to be selected as a Member of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences in 2024, Voting in 2 JUNO Award Seasons at the time of this writing.
She is also a Member of Women In Music Canada.
Patricia has garnered a unique perspective having worked in various areas of the Music Industry, the common denominator is simply the love of Music.
